The FlowBook is a simple and very effective system for self-organisation. It consists of three parts: the task book, the goal book and the goal map.
The good thing about this system is the recognition of which life goals you have and which ones you pay particular attention to. So you get a clear orientation and all this with minimal effort.
And this is how you use it: You write down the three most important tasks every morning, before every electronic activity. Then you assign these tasks to your life goals – the goals card helps you with this. This short reflection makes it clear what you are currently living for. In the evening, check whether you have achieved your points, what went well and what did not. What have you learned? At the weekend, you look at everything and analyse which goals you have followed and which goals you want to follow more in the future.
