Our Organizer Professional made of high-quality leather is the most versatile organizer in the X47 range; a direct result of requests by our customers. It can be used with smaller format inserts and is the perfect solution to keeping organized at meetings and conferences.
Three Sections
The Organizer Professional offers you three sections where you can place inserts. These separate sections help keep you organized, giving you a clear overview of your tasks and appointments. The middle section offers the most amount of space and can hold up to four inserts, usually including a daily or monthly calendar. The right-hand section can hold one insert, for example a notebook or a sketchbook. And finally, the left-hand section holds a smaller format insert, the perfect place for a contact or address book.
Two Sizes
The showstopper here is the smaller spring rod on the left-hand side, where a monthly overview insert could be added. This can also be easily removed and inserted into your Organizer Expert on the weekends or at lunch. Thanks to our spring loaded rod technology, it is very easy to put inserts in and take them out again!
A Monthly Calendar
The spring rod located on the left-hand side of the Organizer Professional can hold a monthly calendar, with one month covering two pages. Here you can order all of your appointments, meetings, trips and more. And on the weekends or after work, taking your calendar with you is easy. You can simply unclip it from your organizer and take it home with you, leaving the rest of your organizer intact - practical and easy functionality.
An Ideal Organizer for Left-Handers
The Organizer Professional is incredibly easy to write in - on both sides of the pages - because there are no metal rings to get in the way. This is especially important for left-handers, who need to approach the page from the left-hand side. Why is this so important? Simply put: A right-hander can move his hand over a traditional ring binding if he wants to write on the left side of the page. However, a left-hander has to turn the book at an angle if he wants to write on the right side of the page.
This is also the reason why we have many thrilled left-handers as customers.
Leather Organizer Covers: Protection and Order
The Organizer Professional is completely covered in leather: on both the inside and outside covers. This has a double function: On the one hand the leather covers add elegance and a strong sense of tidiness to your organizer, and on the other hand they protect your notes and inserts and give your organizer extra stability. From the side, you only see the smooth leather surface.

The Format Was Not Planned
The format for the Organizer Professional was initially not in the plan for our organizers. The original idea of replacing the traditional ring binding with a space-saving and easy-to-use alternative was initially planned in our Expert format. With this format, the advantage over ring organizers is very obvious and tangible.

The Organizer Professional has a versatile format that is easy to write in and compact. Thus replacing the old bulky ring book organizers forever.
Pen Holder and Credit Card Pockets
As with all X47 organizers, you will find a pen holder comfortably placed running horizontally along the top, inside cover of the organizer. Credit card pockets can be found conveniently on the right-hand inside cover. Large pockets are located on both inside covers and on the left-hand fold out cover, where receipts can find a place to be stored.
