The Duo 1 is the Duo 4's little brother. It is a well appointed wallet without a coin pocket. Men, especially, carry their change in their trouser pocket and can do without the coin pocket.

The Duo 1 also has a number of clear advantages at its command in comparison to its competitors:

The credit cards are organised on next to each other, rather in layers. Because of this, even when full, the wallet doesn’t bulge. The credit cards lie snugly on top of each other, protecting each other and making sure that the Duo 1 stays “in form” even after years of use. On top of all that it is an optimal writing surface for the inserts.

The additional insert for a further 6 credit cards matches this concept convincingly: It consists of a flexible cover that can hold three credit cards – naturally next to each other. Like its big brother, both interior pockets are designed so that more banknotes, receipts or tickets fit without springing open.

The Duo 1 provides the possibility to attach up to three X47 inserts in DIN A7 format. If you bear in mind that the X47 DIN A7 inserts provide as much writable surface as a normal, considerably larger DIN A6 loose-leaf diary, the advantages are obvious. You can carry the Duo 1 around easily in a trouser pocket, front or back, and you don't just have your money and credit cards permanently with you. You also have your weekly or monthly calendar, your notebook with plain, squared or lined paper, your address book and your pen!

Under the credit card pockets on the left side, there is a large pocket for an ID card or driving licence - completely concealed and well protected.

The Duo 1 also provides the best position for a pen. The pen fills the available space ideally and protects the inserts. The flexible pen loop doesn’t get in the way when writing, but holds the pen firmly. One facet of the Duo 1 stands out especially: The credits cards can be pushed deeply into the credit card pockets. They are completely covered and protected from curious eyes. So that you can take the cards out easily, the front part of the credit card pocket is flexible – why don't you try it out!
